Nutrition Gardening Workshop 

This is a two-and-a-half-day trailblazing workshop brings together two globally acclaimed experts Dr Alison Pouliot and Graeme Sait. 

Drawing on their combined expertise and insights they will present radical ideas about the roles of fungi, microbes and minerals in the soil. They will demonstrate how fungi and microbes can be accessed to build the foundations of healthy soil that allows life above ground (our plants) to thrive.

Dates: 28 - 30 April 2026

Location: Private garden in Moss Vale NSW (venue details will be provided with confirmed participants)

Cost for successful applicants: $550 incl gst

Attendance: In person ONLY

Included in the cost: 

  • Welcome drinks on 28th April
  • Morning, afternoon tea and lunch on 29th and 30th April

Not included:

  • Accommodation in Moss Vale
  • Travel to and from Moss Vale

Due to the unique nature of the workshop, the registration process is by Expression of interest (EOI). Applications will be open until 20 December 2025.  Please complete the  registration form below and responses for the two questions - why you want to attend and, what questions you want to explore.

Successful applicants will be notified by 30 January 2026 and will receive a link to complete their registration and pay the workshop fee.
